| Dear Streeters,
First of all, we wanted to make sure that everyone knew that "Sowing Season (Yeah)" is now online at myspace.
You can also pre-order the album now via merchdirect.com, interpunk.com and smartpunk.com
. For those of you who are outside of the USA, we're trying to find
places to pre-order in your part of the world but can't guarantee it.
We apologize for the international shipping incurred. A copy of the
"Sowing Season (Yeah)" single will come with the album and as of right
now, this is the ONLY way to get this single.
Next week will kick off our USA and UK street team contests. There are
some pretty amazing prizes and we're hoping that it will be fun for
everyone. For those of you outside of the USA, we'll be running
contests where you are too, but probably early next year. As of right
now, the record will come out this year in the USA, UK, Canada and
Australia. Next year we'll hit everywhere else...promise!
You'll start to hear much more from us as all of this kicks off!

| tarantism (TAR-uhn-tiz-uhm) noun
An uncontrollable urge to dance.
[After Taranto, a town in southern Italy where this phenomenon was experienced during the 15-17th centuries. It's not clear whether tarantism was the symptom of a spider's bite or its cure, or it may have been just a pretext to dodge a prohibition against dancing. The names of the dance tarantella and the spider tarantula are both derived from the same place.]

| It's strange how an unappealling voice one day can turn into a voice that makes one slow down the next...
Examples: David Gray ......
Hmmm... Maybe this doesn't happen as often as I thought.
I remember walking into my dorm room at WBC and finding a familiar sight: Justin playing Counter-Strike. What was different about that one night was that he was listening to Coldplay. He didn't like them initially. That night, when I walked in, he says, "I think I'm falling in love with them..."
I love how music is so relative that one can change one's mind overnight.

| Written in the beginning of my Audio Production textbook:
To the music in my life -- my family: Ariane, Renee,
and "the sweetest sound," Claudette.
To perceive people as songs...
They're classic. They're progressive.
Or even...
They're like Damien Rice or Pedro the Lion in how they view sex as spiritual. They're like Brand New in the way that every word they say is with their tongues firmly planted in cheek...
Musis as analogies?
In general...
A baby's unique language... "Sophia Talk".
F.Scott Fitzgerald had something in the line...
"Her voice was full of money..."
I knew a girl like that. I miss her voice.
